Pink Tulips

Hello! Sorry for being so absent, I feel like I'd left the little world of blogging for a while there even though it's only been like..a week? But as you might already know from my previous intermittent posts, I've been super busy recently and it's been wearing me down time and time again, and catching up on sleep seemed impossible! So as a result of that, I've had loads of colds and just been generally exhausted, and found it hard to leave my bed, never mind do any uni work or even consider blogging.

I wore this outfit for lunch today to one of our local favourite pubs where we went out as a family for Mothers Day. We had a lovely meal (super stuffed now!) and I had the most amazing vegetarian curry. It was sweet potato with spinach with a mango and coconut curry sauce, oh my. So so good. How have you all been spoiling your mums today?


My leather jacket is from H&M, the jumper is from George at Asda, and my skirt (can you tell how windy it is?!) is from an Ebay seller, with my boots from River Island.

I've got an exciting few weeks coming up, including going to Lancaster to visit friends next weekend, having a family birthday as I share one very close with my grandad, then going up to Edinburgh for my actual birthday to have a long weekend there the Thursday after. We're going to finally look around Edinburgh Castle too which I'm excited about! I've spent so much time there over the two years but never actually done any 'touristy' things, so that will be a nice treat too, and a much welcomed break.
