What's In Your Pocket - Movie Night

I was contacted a couple of weeks ago from Money Supermarket to participate in their what's in your pocket campaign, as part of a feel good experience in which I was given £20 to spend how I wanted. I decided that I was going to use this to have a little date night with Luke, as being broke students we barely have the money, or find it hard to get the time to properly just go out together for the night, considering we live almost three hundred miles away from one another when at university!

Baring this in mind, and being quite the thrifty student, with the money I managed to pay for my outgoing train ticket to Edinburgh (student rail cards are a life saver!) both our cinema tickets to go and watch the newly released 'Hichcock' (so good!) stock up on cinema goodies such as chocolates, sweets, and of course...popcorn, and even have enough money left over to bake a valentines themed cake. Not bad eh? Needless to say, when I asked Luke if he would like to do this considering it wouldn't cost him a penny, there was no persuading needed!

Thank you to Money Supermarket for letting me take part! Please leave me a link to your post if you took part in it too, as I'd love to see what you all got up to! I hope you all have a lovely weekend :)

Thank you for leaving me comments, I love taking the time to read and appreciate each one!

However please don't ask me if I would like to follow you, or each other, I find it rude and it's clear you're not actually interested in reading what I have to say.

Though please do feel free to link me to your blog and I will quite happily take a look :)

If you like what you see, then why not add yourself to my lovely readers list? x
