Studs & Spikes

Last outfit post of 2012! I can't believe how fast this year has gone, it's crazy.  

I  bought this jumper and the spiked necklace from New Look the other day - which I have been lusting over for so long! Along with a wine coloured lace blouse from H&M, which you might have seen me post on my instagram. (@louisejoyb)

I intended on going into town to look at the sales but didn't really find much, just loads of people practically falling over one another to get to the sale rails, but I found nothing in them! Although I did have better luck online with some parcels currently on their way to me, and surprisingly - took a little trip to Matalan with my mum this morning, not with the intention of even buying anything..then came back with three dresses, a blouse, and a pair of flatforms all for under £45 in total from the sales! Really pleasantly surprised by it, I'd recommend a visit to anyone looking to add some colour and pattern to their wardrobe, they had some gorgeous things and it's been years since I last went!

I hope everyone has a wonderful New Year, I'll hopefully be attending a house party with all my friends tonight - then it's up and out early tomorrow morning to head down to Nottingham for the rest of the week with Luke's family.
