I was
reminded that I am only young, and to live young. There is no point in
dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, live in the moment.
I traveled more than I have ever traveled before. Some baby steps, some big. I traveled around South West America, went back to the Grand Canyon, visited family I miss dearly, visited friends up and down the country at different universities. I even met people from the other side of the world!
I gained stronger friendships, I lost friendships, I am thankful for all the happy memories all friendships have ever left me with. I learned not to be bitter, the past is the past.
I passed my driving test, after three attempts. I finally felt a sense of self accomplishment.
I saw my first ballet after having it on my aspirations list for so long, then finally decided to do it.

I did things I've never done before, never seen before.
I watched the Cirque du Soleil perform in Phoenix, Arizona. And they were beyond amazing.
I had a big, fun, totally bonkers, Queens Diamond Jubilee Party with my family in celebration.
I learned that if you're un-happy with something, fix it.
I stepped out of my comfort zone. I started to go out more with friends to clubs and learned just how to let go and relax.
I celebrated our three years anniversary together with Luke.
I fell even further in love (n'awwh)
I laughed, I cried.
I finished my first year of university, and started my second (I'm still there don't worry!)
I went to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, splitting my summer between America and Scotland.
I finally found a sense of direction in my life, and can't wait to see what 2013 brings.
As cliché as it may sound..in 2012, I lived.
